Sotirios-Ioannis Lekkas, LL.M (Athens) (UCL), is a doctoral researcher for the project. His research focuses on the law of state and individual responsibility under international law. He is currently reading towards a DPhil in Law at the University of Oxford. He has studied law in Athens, London, and Berlin, and he has worked as a research assistant for UCL and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. He is a Member of the Bar in Athens, Greece (non-practicing).
