Anthi Koskina-Saridaki

Anthi is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, conducting research in the field of  science and technology law, and the effects of research on environment, at the Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Since she is binational, she studied law in France and graduated from the Paris II Pantheon Assas  University. She has an MSc in Commercial Law and an MSc in European and International Law, and holds a Doctoral Degree in Science and Technology Research Law from the Law Department of the University of Athens.

She wrote a book on the freedom of scientific research, as it is regulated in Greek, French and European law. She is now engaged in research on Constitutional & Public Law, scientific research protection and scientific speech and expression freedom, as well as on international law of research and on the interaction between research, industry and environment.

Finally, she works as an attorney, dealing mainly with new technologies and related entrepreneurship and environmental issues.
